Once you’ve placed an order, we strive to deliver it to your door within 14 days. We deliver all over the UK for a nominal sum of £6.99 for items over 1.5 kg , for grouped items we charge £11.99.
Multiple purchase orders will be calculated depending on weight and there may be an extra charge. If unsure the cost of delivery best to contact us directly to email@example.com
Tracking Your Delivery
When your rug is ready to go, we will email you to let you know so that you can make arrangements for its arrival.
You may want your rug delivered to an alternative address to your billing address – maybe your work address or a neighbour’s address? Just let us know and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
Missed the 1st Delivery Attempt?
Call the number on the courier’s card and arrange for a re-delivery at a time to suit you, free of charge.
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
These Regulations give the consumer the right by law to a 7 day ‘cooling-off period’ during which you can change your mind about buying once you have seen the goods. In practice this means that you have 7 days after receipt of the goods to return them at your own expense and get a full refund of the cost of the goods.This does not include our postage costs that have incurred. You must notify the seller within 7 days of receipt in writing, by letter, fax or email (telephone is not enough) of your intention to return goods and they must be returned in good saleable condition.
Faulty or Damaged Goods, Delivery Delays and supply errors
In the event of any goods supplied being faulty or arriving in a damaged condition, or errors in processing orders, or delays in delivery, please email us, or telephone. All complaints will be dealt with immediately and any remedial action taken will be fully explained by phone or email on the same day if possible. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or a refund made (including the cost of any return postage), at our discretion. In the event of the wrong goods being supplied in error, we will refund the cost of returning them to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
